This year’s AGM will be held in the Grant Pavilion on Tuesday 17th November, starting at 7.30pm

Most years the attendance at the AGM is low yet it is the perfect opportunity for all members to vote on who should be a club official, and to discuss any issues you may have with how the club operates.

Minutes from the 2014 AGM will be sent out soon, along with the necessary forms for proposing committee members and possible amendments to regulations. These nominations must be received by club secretary Terry Deary by 26th October, 21 days before the meeting as required by our current constitution.

Any nominations or rule changes after this date will not be accepted.
